What do I need to apply for the PagueloFacil card?

To request the PagueloFacil prepaid Mastercard, you only need:

- Be over 18 years old.
- Be registered in the PagueloFacil App.
- Have your phone at hand.
- Have enough credit in the App to apply for the card and cover the first monthly payment (only in case of the physical card).

How can I apply for the card?

Within the PagueloFacil App, you will see a new Card section where you can apply. It's fast and approval is automatic.

I have already applied for the card, what are the next steps?

After the request you must coordinate thedelivery of the card and proceed with its activation. Both steps can be done from our App.

How long does the delivery of the card take?

Delivery, within Panama City and Arraijan, can take up to 4 business days, depending on the day you order.

Where can I receive my physical PagueloFacil card?

You can receive it within our coverage area: Panama City and Arraijan. For deliveries outside the coverage area you must coordinate the same by writing to info@paguelofacil.com

Where do I activate the card?

In the case of the physical card: You can easily activate it from our App. Once you activate it, you can start enjoying your card immediately.
In the case of the digital card: You do not need to activate it because after your application and approval, it is activated so you can start using it.

What are the costs of my card?

Our physical Mastercard has an issuance or application fee of $10.70 (includes ITBMS and home delivery to Panama City and Arraijan). And it has a monthly fee of $3.50 that starts to be charged at the moment of activation.

Our digital Mastercard has no issuance or monthly fee.

How much money can I use with my card?

You can use up to $5,000.00 per month on your Mastercard.

‍Is therea daily consumption limit?

You can spend up to $1,000.00 per day with your Mastercard.

How can I top up my card?

Your PagueloFacil card will have the same available balance as the balance you keep in the PagueloFacil App. You can top up our App by the following means:

- With other Mastercard
- With a Clave Card
- With a Nequi account
- With Punto Pago
- With an ACH

Is there a charge for recharging?

Depending on the type of card (physical or virtual), each type of recharge to the App has an associated cost. To know these costs please visit the section "What you should know about our cards" in the following link: https: //www.paguelofacil.com/tarjeta-personal

How do I know what my card balance is?

You can check your balance and activities from our App.

Can I withdraw money from my card at ATMs?

You can make ATM withdrawals by using your card PIN and choosing the "Savings Account" option at the ATM. Each month you can enjoy 3 local or international ATM withdrawals free of charge. After that, each withdrawal will cost $1.07.

Note: Each bank may charge an additional fee for ATM withdrawals. Additionally, there may be a scenario in a few ATMs where the option to choose is "Checking Account" instead of "Savings Account", this depends entirely on the bank.

How much can I withdraw from the ATM per day?

You can make two withdrawals per day. However, this maximum amount will depend on the ATM as it is managed directly by the bank.

Important: When entering the amount of your withdrawals, take into account the bank's commission and our commission (when applicable). Therefore, we recommend that you withdraw less than the maximum available balance.

How can I view or change my physical card PIN?

Within our App, in the card section you will see two buttons that say "View PIN" and "Change PIN".

At which stores or establishments can I use the physical card?

You can use your card at any physical merchant or at national or international online merchants(e.g.: Uber, PedidosYa, Encuentra24, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, HBO, Apple+, among others) where Mastercard is accepted.

You can use your card at any online merchant, national or international(e.g.: Uber, PedidosYa, Encuentra24, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, HBO, Apple+, among others) where Mastercard is accepted.

What type of card can I apply for?

We offer two types of personal cards. A digital card and a physical card. Both can be requested through our App.

In whose name will the card be issued?

The card will be printed with the first name and the middle name with which you have registered in the App.

How long does it take to activate the card?

In the case of the physical card: The activation is immediate, you just need to have the card at hand and enter our App.
In the case of the digital card: After you request it and it is approved, its activation happens automatically.

How can I block my PagueloFacil card?

Inside our App, in the card section you will see a button that says "Block card", follow the steps and easily block or unblock your PagueloFacil card. You can also contact Mastercard International Global Service Number +1 636 722 8882 or contact cardsupport@paycaddy.com or dial their support line +1 800 203 0077.

Note: If the card is blocked for three months, it will be automatically cancelled.

What do I do if I lose my physical PagueloFacil card?

In case you lose your PagueloFacil card we recommend you to contact our support channels immediately so we can cancel your card. You will then be able to request a new one. You can also contact Mastercard International Global Service Number +1 636 722 8882 or contact cardsupport@paycaddy.com or dial their support line +1 800 203 0077.

How many cards can I have?

You can have a physical card and a digital card.

What happens if I do not pay the monthly payment of the physical card?

In case you are unable to pay the monthly payment of the physical card, you will not be able to use it until the payment is made. If the monthly fee is not paid for more than one month, the months of payment will not be accumulated. And if the monthly fee is not paid for three consecutive months, the card will be automatically cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

Promotion valid in the territory of Panama, from July 30 to September 30, 2023, exclusively for customers who request their PagueloFacil prepaid Mastercard through the PagueloFacil APP. Corporate and/or business accounts do not participate, exclusive for personal accounts.

When purchasing the physical card, you will receive 50 points, for each transaction over $5.00 dollars you will accumulate 20 points, for purchases over $100.00 dollars you will receive 50 points, and for purchases over $500.00 dollars you will receive 100 points. The 20 customers with the most points accumulated during the promotion period will be chosen from highest to lowest score, where the first 10 will receive a stay at the Buenaventura Hotel, double room, two nights and breakfast included, and the next 10 winners will receive Garmin Venue2Plus smartwatches.  

The more transactions made with the PagueloFacil prepaid Mastercard, the more points you will accumulate, giving you more chances to win.

Points are not transferable or exchangeable, nor are they redeemable for cash.
