What do I need to apply for the PagueloFacil card?

To apply for the PagueloFacil prepaid Mastercard, you only need to:

- Be the owner of the business.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Have your phone or computer at hand.
- Have a merchant validated within PagueloFacil.

How can I apply for the card?

Within your PagueloFacil merchant platform, you will see a new "Mastercard" section where you can apply. It's fast and approval is automatic.

I have already applied for the card, what are the next steps?

After the request you must coordinate thedelivery of the card and proceed with its activation. Both steps can be done from your PagueloFacil merchant's platform.

In which stores or establishments can I use it?

You can use your card at any physical merchant or at merchants on national or international lines(e.g. Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, HBO, Apple+, among others) where Mastercard is accepted.

What are the costs of my card?

The PagueloFacil Mastercard for our merchants has an issuance or application fee of $10.70 (includes ITBMS and home delivery in Panama City and Arraijan), there is no monthly fee.

How can I top up my card?

You can recharge your Mastercard from the available balance of your PagueloFacil merchant account or by recharging with Crypto, from a Wallet or Exhange.

Is there a charge for recharging?

There is no cost to reload the card with your merchant's balance. There is also no limit to the number of reloads per day or per month. In case you reload your card with Crypto, there is a 3.5% + $0.50 fee on the amount to be reloaded.

Can I withdraw money from my card at ATMs?

You can make ATM withdrawals by using your card PIN and choosing the "Savings Account" option at the ATM. Each month you can enjoy 3 local ATM withdrawals at no cost. After that, each local withdrawal costs $1.07.

Note: some banks charge an additional fee for ATM withdrawals.

How can I block my PagueloFacil card?

Within your merchant's platform, in the card section you will see a button that says "Block card", follow the steps and easily block or unblock your PagueloFacil card. You can also contact Mastercard International Global Service Number +1 636 722 8882 or contact cardsupport@paycaddy.com or dial their support line +1 800 203 0077.
